Prof. Dr. Do Nguyen Phuong Minister of Health, attended the celebration of the 40^th foundation of National Institute of medicinal materials (NIMM) (1961 - 2001) and awarded NIMM the third class Medal for Independence .

Health Minister Do Nguyen Phuong made a guide speech on medicinal materials work, assessed NIMM's 40 year achievements and gave the directions for medicinal materials development to contribute to the implementation of national policy on drug and pharmaceutical industry.
