Dr. Tran Chi Liem Vice Minister of Health, paid a working visit to the National Institute of medicinal materials (NIMM) on November 2, 2004

Going along with Vice Minister Tran Chi Liem were the managers of the Ministry of Health's Office, the pharmaceutical management Department, the planning finance Department, the medical equipment & construction Department, the science & training Department.

Vice minister conducted NIMM on medicinal material development, associating scientific research with enterprises, localities which have pharmaceutical potential, aiming at increasing the budget from technological scientific services, to facilitate the implementation of the Decree N⁰ 10 of Vietnam Prime Minister.
